We politely request that 24 hours notice is given to cancel an appointment or a 50% charge is applied and will need to be settled before your next booking. You may be required to pay for your treatments in full and up front for future bookings. Failure to pay will result in a ban on all future bookings at The Beauty Spot.
For bookings of 2 hours and over, a 25% non refundable booking fee will be required to secure the booking. The booking fee must be received within 24 hours of making the appointment and can be paid via card or cash. If the booking fee is not received within this time, the slot may be given to someone else. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the remaining 25% cancellation charge will be applied.
For treatments involving tint or lash adhesive, a patch test will be required at least 24 hours prior to your first appointment, even if you have had a patch test done before elsewhere. This is a requirement by insurance and is non negotiable. Failure to come for a patch test will result in your booking being cancelled.
If you have had a positive COVID-19 test result since your last appointment, you will be required to re-patch test.
Children under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the appointment. We politely request that for appointments which involve you being led down for a long period of time, you leave small children at home, there are lots of dangerous chemicals and sharp implements in the salon and our insurance does not cover children in this instance.
We politely ask you arrive 5 minutes early to your first appointment to fill out a consultation form. We will do our utmost to accommodate late arrivals, however your treatment may be shortened or an alternative offered. In some cases, you may have to be turned away.
We endeavour to reply to all messages as quickly as possible, however, if we are very busy with appointments there may be a slight delay. Bookings can now be made 24/7 by clicking the online booking button at the top of this page.
Any messages received out of hours will be replied to the next working day.

We have a duty to ensure the highest level of hygiene in the salon and also to ensure the comfort and safety of all of our clients. For this reason we are unable to welcome dogs or pets in to the salon (with the exception of registered guide dogs).
